It sounds like Kevin Lopina will be Washington State's starting quarterback on Saturday against Stanford, but Marshall Lobbestael will also play.

"Lopina will take the first snap of the game. He'll play at least a couple series." Head coach Paul Wulff told Cougfan.com, "Then we'll rotate Marshall in there and we're going to give those guy's the opportunity to prove it in a game."

After a long absence (I'm not going to list all of my excuses), the Cougar Blog is finally back in action! I'll be all over this thing for the rest of the season.

I finally made it to Pullman yesterday. I was at the final scrimmage. It was my first trip to the Palouse all fall, so I got to see the team in action for the first time.
