Washington State's football game against Baylor is rescheduled for Friday night at 5:30 Pacific Time. Here is the release from the university: PULLMAN, Wash. - Washington State University has moved its football game against Baylor up to Friday, Sept. 12, and will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. CDT in order to avoid complications caused by the approach of Hurricane Ike to the Texas coast this weekend. The game, originally scheduled to be played Saturday at 11:30 a.m. and to be televised nationally on FSN, posed potential travel problems to fans, to the Washington State travel party as well as to FSN's crew, the large majority of whom are from the Greater Houston area. "We looked at all alternatives to be able to play this game," said Washington State University Director of Athletics Jim Sterk. "Obviously this is not the ideal situation but is the best scenario at this point given the unpredictability of the hurricane and keeping in mind the safety of all involved." Details on possible television or video webcast of the game are being explored and will be announced as soon as possible. All updates will be posted immediately to wsucougars.com and BaylorBears.com. I'm trying to figure out the Cougars travel plans as we speak. I'll give you an update as soon as I know anything else. UPDATE 3:18pm: Here is the latest from WSU: The game will be streamed live and free of charge over the internet at BaylorBears.com and WSUcougars.com. Game footage from Baylor's in-stadium video, BaylorVision, will be paired with audio from the Baylor-ISP Sports Network broadcast to create the webcast. The game, originally scheduled to be played Saturday and to be televised nationally on FSN, was moved due to complications brought on by Hurricane Ike. FSN was unable to rearrange its schedule and crew to televise the game nationally on the new date and time. Baylor officials are working with FSN in an attempt to arrange regional cable telecasts in Texas and Washington. UPDATE 10:11pm: The game will be televised, but there's a catch. Here's the latest update from WSU: Late Thursday afternoon FSN announced that the network has made it possible for fans across the country to see the game by pairing the stadium's in-house feed with Baylor's radio broadcast. The modified telecast will air live nationally on Fox College Sports and locally on FSN Southwest. Due to a conflict with the Mariners-Angels game at 7pm, FSN Northwest will deliver the game on delay at 11:00pm. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

hope this qb situation figures itself out real quickly. I still think Rogers deserves more time and should be starting this week regardless of the past two games. Those games were a disaster from every aspect of the team, not just Gary. One more game then discuss a change if it doesnt work out against Baylor.
On a side note... If the seahawks lose anymore recievers this year maybe Bumpus will be called into action. just a thought
