I've kicked off my BBQ forecast on television. It runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and airs on Thursday at 5 and 6 pm. I really do grill for the crew here at KREM. Most of the time I have a hit but occasionally I miss. I go to great lengths not to just do the standard fare of hot dogs and hamburgers.
