Tom Sherry Recipe: Beer Can Chicken

I had some fun tonight on my BBQ Forecast cooking up something called "Beer Can Chicken", also called "Beer Butt Chicken." It really does make the most moist chicken I've ever grilled. Here's how to do it.

Get a can of beer and drink or pour out about half the can. Carefully remove the lid with a can opener. You can drop in some onion slices if you want.

I finally did it! I rode the Hiawatha Trail and I was not disappointed. It was one of the best things I've ever done.
