Some politicians say we the people don't understand the seriousness of our economic situation or we would be supporting the bailout or rescue or whatever you want to call it.
Are we the ignorant masses?
Do we know that banks aren't lending money to big and small businesses alike because they don't have the money? That could lead to people not getting paychecks, layoffs or closures in a matter of days and weeks.
