Yes...it is still Winter.....record lows for today in Spokane are well below zero....so pinch yourself if not like that. Snow showers tonight could add up to a half inch of so...above 2000'......with sunshine for the weekend. The only problem will calling it Spring fever type weather is that temps will suffer a bit.....cold at night in the 20's....highs around 40.
