Low clouds in CDA will be gone by noon at the latest. The pattern now looks to stay dry thru Thursday. Temperatures will moderate slowly over the next few days...befitting from a SW flow that undercuts the current ridge of high pressue. As far as flooding goes...nothing in sight for 10 days or so and the cold night time temps and a lack of rain have river flows on the light side.
