Actually....I expect to see some late day sun in Spokane.....though it will be harder to come by in CD"A. Wind speeds have decreased from yesterday...but it is still what most of us would consider to be windy this morning...with windy to breezy conditions thru afternoon. Today's forecast high of 38 would be slightly above the normal of 37. So all in all.....the weather is back to normal for early February. Enjoy!
