Will skies be clear for tonight's lunar eclipse?.....probably not. Will the event be visable?....probably so. Here's my take on a tough forecast.....a weather system well to the south has spun up enough low level moisture to increase dew points so fog and low clouds are now extensive this morning. Under clear skies...the beakout should be by noon...but the system to the south also is spinning up varying amounts of high clouds.....if they block the sun to much....break out will be later or not at all. I believe the forecast will play out with a noon time breakout leaving us with partly sunny skies. The lunar eclipse will be visablelthrough a light overcast. Total eclipse is at 7:01 - 7:51
