Well...today might not get there....since normal is 42 and I'm forecasting 41....but the weather is looking up on the whole. Temps remained above freezing overnight...so we're getting some of the frost out of the gound. Spokane officially had a trace of rain overnight......with rain and snow showers regionwide now tapering off. High pressure beings to build in late today with some partial clearing....thru Tuesday. The next chance of rain arrives Wednesday...Highs should be in the mid to upper 40's for the rest of the week in Spokane.
