Spoakne picked up .03" of an inch of rain overnight...combine that with the melting snow and you have messy conditions....remember ...it is still February and it can be bitter cold or snowy at this time of the year. That puts it in perspective....potholes....well I've been here 20 years plus.....and they've been around longer than that.
