Presidents Day will be mostly sunny by executive order....so get the fog out of here. A couple of important differences today versus the weekend will allow that to happen. First the flow of high clouds has migrated east to Montana from a posistion over Washington this weekend. The high clouds limited the ability of the sun to burn off the cloud cover....and this weekend we had a moisture lower atmosphere...which led to a thick low cloud deck at elevation ....as opposed to a more traditional lower level fog deck this morning as the airmass has dried. Bottom line...if you have fog this morning...it will be gone by noon if not earlier. OH YA!
