Wet weather ends

8:07 AM Thu, Dec 20, 2007 |

Pattern change ahead

I short lived cold snap is on the way....everything outside will freeze up overnight with Friday's high staying below freezing. It will be dry for holiday travellors with snow returning to the region Saturday....probably late day for Spokane. The 24 hour rain total for Spokane as of 5 am was close to a half inch. I see this Thursday being dry locally with rain showers in the Palouse to points south. Inland Nothwest ski resorts have recieved up to 3 feet of new snow this week....mid season conditions are now found....so get up and have a blast over the holidays.
Have you noticed a new label for the local resorts....they are now calling themselves the Northwest rockies...please.....but...maybee I'm the one who is out of place.
