Up to 6 inches of new snow could be on the ground by mid - morning Thursday in the Spokane /CDA area . I'd better not call it a Winter storm....some guy called in yesterday and busted my chops because I mentioned something about a Winter storm...he's technically right....its still Fall.
Yet..if it looks like Winter and feels like Winter...to bad.
I'm usually very careful on these items....and I dont use the term storm very often...
