We begin the rainy season in the Pacific Northwest on October first and wouldn't you know it...the change of seasons is here. Spokane picked up .36" rain in the past 24 hours and weather systems will continue to work thru a broad upper level troff all week long with more valley rain at times. High temps will come in well below normal all week long. Still question marks for the upcoming weekend.
