Spokane should get to 100...tying the record for the date. Consider some statistics to put that in perspective...as we don't see this kind of heat each and every year.
Last year....Spokane had 3.... 100 plus degree days back to back in mid -July ...and that was it for the year. In 2005 & 2004 ..there were no 100 plus degree days....one in 2003 and 3 in '02. So grin and bear it...or enjoy the heat while it lasts.

I wish my neighbor would use his well water more wisely.....this hot dry weather has my well going down a month earlier than normal....more on this developing water war tomorrow.
