Forecast highs today are all over the place depending on who you listen to. I'm sticking with 102 mainly because that's what I've been saying all week...so why change now. There's no compelling reason or I would.....and while it has been very hot of late....official temperatures have come in a few degrees shy of what the weather service has been saying. 102 would tye the record for the date. Mainly dry thunderstorms are expected overnight.....the charts I look at have an area of maximum lift moving thru Spokane at that time. I'd love to eat crow if we could get a quarter inch of rain.
