Signs point to even hotter temperatures for the second heat wave of Summer. Last time around....we set a record at 101.....this time.....records are a tad harder to reach.
I expect a record tying high of 102 on Friday as the heat wave peaks....with only limited relief for the weekend...as highs cool to the lower 90's. Perhaps there will be a change in the hot pattern in about 10 days or so....in the meantime......our weather is all about the heat and the high fire danger that results.
