Only a few high clouds stand between us and the sun over the next few days...but this week's heat wave will peak today with a high around 86 in Spokane. We set daytime highs at 5 PM with this kind of pattern in late June. Temps drop back to near 80 for the end of week with further cooling this weekend... and a change in the weather may bring showers late Saturday and Sunday.
