High pressure rebuilds today along the west coast....and as this feature grows stronger thru mid-week....temperatures will respond to the point where readings soar to 80 or warmer. Our lack of rainfall is becoming more of an issue with time. Spokane is now two and a half inches below normal on the year. A few showers may arrive this weekend with a cooldown....but a green lawn is increasing reliant now on getting that sprinkler turned on.
