A 5 Day warm, dry period has ended as a cold front passed thru Spokane overnight bringing .17" of rain as of 5AM...and rain is on the way for the later morning into the afternoon. Thats much needed rain and I saw alot of people mowing grass recently getting ready for the wet weather. Spokane currently has a 2 inch moisture shortfall on the year to date. Cool, unsettled weather will last thru Friday with Saturday a transistion day to a warmer, somewhat sunnier pattern due for Bloomsday.
