The 4th annual North-South Idaho High School Basketball game tips off this Saturday and will feature the top senior hoopsters in North and South Idaho. North Idaho College and former Post Falls High School standout guard Scott Stockwell, has signed a national letter of intent to compete at NAIA Carroll College of Helena Montana. Stockwell was the 2005 Inland Empire League player of the year and garnished Scenic West Athletic Conference honorable mention honors this past season. Stockwell played under father Dave Stockwell at PFHS.
