High temperatures will hover around 70 the next few days and this will feul an explosive growth in greenery with trees sprouting leaves and backyard fruit trees coming into full bloom. More than one person will be seen mowing their yard.
Clouds will come and go during the weekend.....but the message is clear......get ready for almost Summer like weather thru Sunday. While most of us welcome sunny...warm weather....the rainfall situation locally is about to become an issue. April has been dry....with less than half of normal precip in the month so far...and the year is down almost 2 inches already. This is an unfavorable situation to be going into the dry Summer months. May and June will have to feature some all day rains as we are now playing catch up ball.
