Yes....a few Spring days in the Spokane area are always like this...so grin and bear it.
Todays expected high of 42 would be 12 degrees below normal. A broad troff of low pressure dropping out of Canada is the culprit and afternoon showers will tend to be of snow rather than rain. Temperatures will return to normal Wednesday and then soar for week's end. Friday is shaping up to be the warmest day of the year so far.
