A cooling trend that developed earlier this week will bottom out today. Mostly clear skies at daybreak allowed for cold morning temperatures around the region. Deer Park hit the teens while Spokane has seen a low of 29 so far. That makes this our coldest morning in 11 days...and a high of 45 would be the coolest in that same time period. Clouds will be on the increase today with a system passing thru the area this evening and overnight. It should produce rain and snow showers overnight into tomorrow morning. Warmer air will follow this system with Friday's high about 10 degrees warmer at 55. Partly cloudy, dry, and mild for the weekend with highs near 60 for St Paddy's Day. |
