Today's record low is 13....so far todays low has been 27....it could be slighlty colder when all is said and done.
Skies are clear.....so its will be spectacular morning ....though skies become partly cloudy this afternoon with a little rain likely Thursday. Temperatures will be slow to get back to 60 over the next week or so.
