Clouds will increase this morning and it will still be a mild day....though rain is epxected by the 3 to 4 o'clock hour in Spokane. This system will bring a 3 to 4 hours period of steady rain with rain ending overnight. Thursday will feature highs around 50 with partly sunny skies......the weekend looks wet and mild.
