So we have a change in the weather for the change of the seasons. A cold front brought .22 hundreds of an inch of rain to Spokane overnight. A dry slot is following the front so Spokane will be dry this morning with even a little sunshine developing.
A breezy day is expected though with highs some 10-14 degrees cooler than yesterday with SW winds to 25 MPH. Scattered rain and snow showers will develop this afternoon.

Partial clearing overnight allows temps to drop well below freezing by Wednesday morning. The day will start will sunshine...and then feature increasing clouds...with a little rain overnight into Thursday.
