This surely must be the last coldest morning of Winter.....as of this writing....Spokane has seen a low of 18.....ten degrees below normal but well off the record low of -4....that was in 1891. Coeur d' Alene hit 1 above this morning. Snow develops this evening with an advisory at 6 PM. Overnight snowfalls should be in the 1"-3" inch range. Following that system, a ridge of high pressure builds in with a warming trend...highs by Saturday are back to normal in the mid 40's.
