So rain in the forecast for this evening and again on Saturday is welcome news...if it needs to be. No sooner does the ground dry out....and we get another round of rain....so its tough to get out and work the ground so far this March. It seems to have been wetter than what the numbers say. So far this month....Spokane has picked up about 40 percent of the normal precipitation...and the yearly total is well behind normal as well...to the tune of nearly an inch and a half. We've picked up 2.95 inches...normal is 4.38"...thats a deficit of 1.43 inches.
