Roses look even more vibrant against a gray backdrop...or so I've been told!
Flowers add a splash of color to an otherwise gray day with a normal high of 39 expected. Rain arrives in Spokane this evening lasting into the overnight hours with wet snow in the northern valleys. More rain arrives Thursday afternoon. High pressure then builds in for Friday and Saturday...with a drying trend. If fog is held to a minimum...afternoon sunshine will help push highs to near 50.
