Plenty of fog around this morning...with a relatively mild overnight low of 32...normal is 24. A mild southwestly air flow will dominate the week weatherwise....a series of systems caught up in this flow will bring periods of wet weather starting late Tuesday.
Its going to be a bit messy...the combination of above feezing temperatures and rain will start to bring frost out of the ground....so folks with horses and stock are going to have some muddy corrals. Most of the wet weather will fall as rain in Spokane...though wet snow could mix in during the overnight and morning hours.
