Spokane hasn't seen much snow of late...but look for that to change this evening. You know the saying....it little bit goes a long ways.....that pretty well sums up how much snow might fall....because it wont be a biggie and no more is expected for the rest of the week locally. So how much....from a skiff to an inch for Spokane with up to two inches in the mountains. See what i mean.....but hey.....there's plenty of Winter left...and it is going to be rather cold for some time to come with highs all week long reaching freezing at best...with overnight lows mainly in the teens. Oh and here's another saying.....I'm sick and tired" of the fog...o,k we've got you covered there... oh person of cabin fever feelings.....this system passing thru tonight will stir up the atmosphere with a northerly flow to follow.....say hello to some sunshine Tuesday. 2 CommentsLeave a comment |

Hey, I just wanted to ask you when we would be getting our next "Jumbo skiff" of snow!! That was great, your comment on the weather prior to us getting 7 inches on the south hill!!
If you'd like that jumbo skiff with cheese Ron...I might be able to deliver a double whammy on your doorstep this weekend. I'm actually glad you audit my performance. I recall my jumbo skiff comment was a couple of days prior to the event. The morning before that night time event...I recall saying it would be a one to two inch snowfall.( I could pull the aircheck if it was really important) Officially the airport recieved 3.8". So, indeed i was off by a sizeable margin...such is life in the weather business...an imperfect science at best. I actually felt worse about calling for cloudy skies this past weekend when it cleared Saturday.
So while I came up short with my snow forecast.....You were expecting snow.....right? Would you like ketchup with that double whammy this weekend?
