It's a plea agreement that seemed almost impossible to reach. Joseph Duncan's attorneys (both John Adams and Roger Peven) are adamantly against the death penalty. And Kootenai County prosecutor Bill Douglas refused to accept anything less than a chance at a death sentence for Joseph Duncan. Douglas says he was respecting the wishes of the family, most of whom think Duncan needs to die for what he did to their loved ones. But the question remains; will Joseph Duncan be sentenced to death? Douglas seems conviced that if there isn't a death sentence at the federal level, he will get one in Kootenai county. But Adams told me this case will never come back to Kootenai county. Whatever the case, we may know the answer soon. Douglas told me today he is "very close" to the federal prosecution, and while he couldn't give a start date for the federal proceedings, he did tell me he expects the federal case to be resolved "very quickly." 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

It is my understanding, during the Clinton Administration
Now - Secretary of Defense : Donald Rumsfeld whom at that time, was a manager of a company.
That sold a “Hard Water” operating plant. Along with the technology to enrich plutonium.
To North Korea.
If this is true ..... Why is no-one is talking about it ??
