Spring Forward

Saturday April 1 we will set our clocks ahead one hour before we go to bed Saturday night. That means we'll get an extra hour of daylight to enjoy. Temperatures are now trending above 50 degrees and overnight lows have mostly stayed above freezing. So Spring in the inland northwest is progressing nicely. Just a couple of reminders though. Intersting to see how far the Bulldogs have come.. in the local newspaper this morning.. there is a story about Gonzaga being the favored team over historic power Indiana.. and the pressure being on Gonzaga to win to make it to the Sweet 16 for the first time in 5 years.

An Irish High Court Judge says he MAY make his decision on Fred Russell's extradition in two weeks. The case was delayed again on Tuesday. Russell is arguing he shouldn't be returned to the United States because our prison system is dangerous and he would likely be raped in jail.
