Jerramy Stevens said the story about Steelers running back Jerome Bettis returning to his hometown of Detroit is a heartwarming one.. but its going to be sad when he leaves without a trophy. It didn't seem like that big a deal.. until Steelers linebacker Joey Porter heard the comment. Porter..who is the same guy that said the officials wanted the Steelers to lose to the Colts.. fired back. He said (among other things) Stevens is going to have to answer to him from the ground on Sunday.. because that is where Porter is going to put him. Stevens response.. he feels like his team is going win.. and it will be sad for whoever loses.
Not exactly earth shattering stuff.. but it is the only talk that has gone on to this point. Today is the last day the players will speak to the media.. we'll see how it goes.
