The winter of 2005/2006 that is. We have definately gone full circle. Let me refresh your memory. At the end of November and the beginning of December we received about 11" of snow. Then it got cold. Really cold, for about 3 weeks. Then the thaw just before Christmas and it stayed above freezing in the daytime through most of January and the first of February. All we got in the lower elevations was rai... Saturday's win over LMU gave the Bulldogs their 6th straight WCC regular season corwn.. ...It snowed Monday morning. 1" officially was measured in Spokane but the snow fell during the morning commute and that caused problems. I know more snow fell than was expected. Morning and weekend meteorologists were forecasting flurries and scattered snow showers with little to light accumulation. But the small area of snow decided to linger over the spokane area for much of the morning. This caused our 1" accumulation. Not a lot of sno... The day has finally arrived. I've recently added a 10 day Outlook to the end of our newscasts. This product is intended to show the current trend of the weather over the next 10 days. It gives a range of high temperatures and if we can expect rain or snow. I realize that this outlook will change from time to time as a new model data is fed into the computer.
